Do you ever feel like the more connected you are with technology, the less connected you are with people? Do you find it difficult to find genuine friendships with other women who want to dig deep and learn from and support each other? Do you ever think, “Where do I find my people?!?”

I know I’m not the only one who has ever felt like this. Despite a great social circle, I sometimes feel like I have more superficial interactions than I want. How do I make intentional friendships with like-minded women?

Enter in, A Tribe Called Bliss by Lori Harder.

Lori’s book is all about cultivating a tribe of women who inspire each other and push each other to action. There’s no doubt that having a support system is the key to jumping out of your comfort zone and accomplishing your goals. Who doesn’t want that?!?

So let’s try it. I’m starting an online book club with the first book club selection being: A Tribe Called Bliss. You’re shocked, I know.

I’ve started a Facebook page where we’ll be doing all of the online discussions in a private group so everyone will feel comfortable getting to know each other and sharing what we’re learning.

So what are the rules:

  1. Add yourself to the Facebook group.
  2. Get the book.
  3. Join the discussion.
  4. Invite your friends.

It’s pretty simple because who has time for complicated?!? And in the end, you’ll have read a great book AND “met” some fantastic women who are looking to really connect.

We’ll kick off the club on September 5th with our first week’s discussion.

Hope to see you there!
